The Powder Eyebrow Pencil by Elan is a long-wear pencil with a powder formula for shaping, filling in and defining the eyebrows. This pencil glides on easily and creates the effect of naturally full eyebrows. This versatile eyebrow pencil can be used as part of the daily makeup routine or as one of the eyebrow shaping and tinting procedure steps using the Elan eyebrow tints.

This pencil is the perfect tool for brow artists at the brow mapping stage. It facilitates for precise outlining of a predefined eyebrow shape in order to achieve perfect dye application. Having a pre drawn outline will allow for effortless application by following the pre drawn contours and achieve a flawless finish.

HOW TO USE

1) Define the eyebrows before the shaping and tinting service.

2) Fill in the eyebrows with the pencil in short upward strokes. If necessary, blend with a brush.
